Be Careful When You Delegate

Since I have been conducting leadership training programs for over thirty years, I am often questioned why my apparent approach and reliance on delegating authority and tasks as it relates to effective leadership appears, at first glance, to differ from most other leadership trainers and authors on the subject. While that may be the perception, I, also, believe that an effective leader cannot do it all himself, and there is a demand to delegate tasks and authority.
