Forge 01 · 4 seats · Applications reviewed on a rolling basis until the cohort fills
The Forge
A small cohort of founders, a build team, and twelve weeks from idea to launch. I bring the playbook from 875+ launches and the team to execute it. You bring the idea and the drive. We share the upside.

The path
From application to showcase
- STEP 1
Apply
Eight minutes. Tell me what you’re building, where it stands, and show me something you’ve made.
- STEP 2
Action Plan Call
If it’s a fit, I invite you to a 45-minute call. You leave with a plan either way. If we both want in, we set terms.
- STEP 3
Design
Three weeks of validation before anything gets built: problem, market, customers, offer.
- STEP 4
Develop
My team builds the brand, site, funnel, email and tech with you in weekly working sessions.
- STEP 5
Deploy
Launch, traffic and a weekly numbers review. The cohort ends with a public showcase.
Fit · Saying no is part of the offer
Who The Forge is for
A good fit
- You know your subject better than almost anyone
- You have an idea, early revenue, or an audience that trusts you
- You’ll put in the hours and get on camera or on calls to sell
- You want a partner with skin in the game, not a vendor
Not a fit
- You want a get-rich-quick system or guaranteed income
- You want to hand everything off and check back in a year
- The idea is one you’d drop in six months
- You need it built next week (talk to DoneForYou instead)
Questions · About the deal
Equity, time and terms
How much equity do you take?
A small stake, sized to how much we build and how far along you are. It vests on milestones we agree to, so I only earn it by helping the business hit them. We set the exact terms together on the Action Plan Call, and everything is papered by attorneys.
Is there a fee as well?
Sometimes. Some builds need hard costs covered (software, ad spend, contractors). We talk about that openly on the call, before anything is signed.
What kind of ideas do you take on?
Businesses I’d be excited to work on for years: ecommerce, coaching and consulting, courses and memberships, digital products, affiliate and software. The founder matters more than the category.
How much time do I need to put in?
Plan on at least ten focused hours a week during the build, plus a weekly working session with me. You own the business and the customer relationships; we build alongside you.
What if I’m not accepted?
Everyone who applies hears back. If it isn’t a fit for this cohort, I’ll point you to the playbooks in the library that match where you are, and you’re welcome to apply again.
How is this different from DoneForYou?
DoneForYou is my agency: you pay a fee and the team does the work. The Forge is a partnership: fewer companies, more of my time, and I’m paid in equity.
